What is used in the design of the SMD inductor required by the material?
Materials needed for chip inductor production: mainly magnetic core and copper wire, because it is a chip inductor composed of magnetic core and copper wire.
Generally, the inductors of electronic circuits are coils with magnetic cores, or air-core coils, which can only pass currents with a small capacity and withstand lower voltages; power inductors have magnetic cores or air-core coils, which are wound by thick wires. 1 Ferrite chip inductor

2 Wire-wound chip inductors

3 Ceramic multilayer chip inductors
Features: Alumina produces ceramics, suitable for high self-resonator operating frequency; small size (1.6t0.8t0.8mm); high frequency Q value, stable inductance value; use range of ambient temperature change: -30℃~85℃. Usually used for filtering and shaking.
4 SMD inductance beads
Features: suitable for surface mounting; size, shape and electrical properties are more in line with EIA standards; good solderability and thermal shock resistance; suitable for wave soldering and reflow soldering.
